I have lived in Northern Colorado off and on since 1995. Over this time I’ve seen the good, the bad, and the ugly of our market, and through it all Colorado has continued to be a great place to live, work, and raise a family.

My life in Real Estate began in 1993 working on a development project that involved disassembling multifamily units in Wyoming and moving them over the mountains to Steamboat Springs, CO for reassembly and renovation. This unconventional project early in my career instilled in me the value of perseverance and creativity when putting together real estate deals. Since then, I have worked on a wide variety of development, redevelopment, and new construction projects across Northern Colorado and Southern Wyoming as a tradesman and a general contractor.

After the 2008 crash I took the opportunity to pursue a bachelor’s degree at the University of Wyoming where I studied International Trade, Community Economic Development, and Agricultural Economics. After graduation I was awarded an internship in the US Senate where I worked on legislative research for bills being considered by various standing committees including Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs.

I spent the following years focused on my interests in agriculture and local food systems, eventually putting together my own farm-to-table supply chain and operating a craft butcher shop in downtown Loveland. This in turn led me to pursue some graduate work in Agricultural Economics at CSU where I was fortunate to study with some of the most well respected applied economists in the Western US and I developed expertise in statistical and financial modeling techniques for asset valuation, market analysis, and economic forecasting.
