I was recently privileged to receive a 30 Years of Service Award from the Loveland-Berthoud Association of Realtors^® (LBAR), recognizing long-standing commitment to the real estate industry. In early 1995, I was named LBAR Rookie of the Year for the Loveland-Berthoud Association of Realtors^® and for the three years after I served on the board as President-elect, President, and Immediate Past President. I also served on the Northern Colorado Economic Development Council for 3 years after that. In all of my years in the real estate industry, I have been consistently in the top percentages of production for all of the companies with which I have been associated. I take great pride in customer service.
